We all will some point in our life encounter stressful moments; we can learn to change our mindset by building emotional intelligence. A lot of these issues are beyond our control, e.g. losing our health, losing our job, all these can easily knock us down. Feelings of stress, anger, helplessness are not the reality, it is how we make meaning out of it.
