5 Min Series # 2 – Farewell My Perfect Self.

I would like to share with you, how I let go of the idea of needing to be perfect.

Perfectionism stops us from moving ahead. Very often we get mired in getting the details right, we correct our work or idea again and again. We can try to fix one line over and over until there was no line left. Perfectionist tends to grade the result rather than enjoying the process.

We need to learn to let go of whatever it is that’s holding us back from accepting who we are.

Give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back for trying, making progress, and coming as far as you have.

  3. Dear Faith, thank you for your sharing. Even though is a short recording but is very meaningful things to remind me again chasing for perfection won’t guarantee happy ending results. But do something that you like and enjoy the process is more important than what’s the end results and how ppls comments. At least we have tried and forever this experience will be in ours good memories 👍😊.
