Often we feel lost and lack a sense of fulfillment. We are victims of our own internalized perfectionist. We can change this by getting to know ourselves deeper. This will strengthen our connection with our “authentic self,” which will help us to feel a greater sense of inner well-being and offer direction for how to find personal fulfillment.
